By using Moye Moves LLC's website or booking services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services
We provide local and long-distance moving services, pickup and delivery, and custom services including loading, unloading, and transportation of household or business items.
2. Booking & Quotes

Quotes are based on the details provided at booking and may change if the scope of the move changes.

Default bookings are set for 2 unless otherwise noted.

We reserve the right to suggest alternate time slots if your requested date/time is unavailable.
3. Cancellations
We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance.
4. Payment
Final payment must be made in full immediately upon arrival at the drop-off location. Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit card (3.5% fee), or mobile payment.
5. Deposit
For all moves quoted at $500 or more, a 20% deposit is required to reserve your move date and time.
- Full refund of the deposit is available with 48 hours or more notice before the scheduled move.
- If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit is non-refundable and will be retained by Moye Moves LLC.
- To book a new date after a forfeited deposit, a new deposit will be required.
We accept deposit payments via mobile payment (Zelle and Apple Pay), credit/debit card (3.5% fee).
6. Liability
We handle all items with care. However, Moye Moves LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, improperly packed items, or items not disclosed prior to the move.
7. Prohibited Items
We do not transport hazardous materials, live animals, firearms, or illegal items.
